We use the information you submit to call you back, schedule a free roof estimate, and provide a quote. If you have an insurance claim, we only share details with your insurance company when you ask us to. Text Messages (SMS)

When you give us your mobile number, by phone, in person, or through a form on this site, and agree to receive texts, Set Apart Roofing and its team members may text you about your roofing project. Texts are sent by our office and by the individual sales representative assigned to your project, from their own business phone numbers.

We may text you about:

• Scheduling and appointment reminders
• Follow-ups on quotes and estimates
• Job updates, including photos of your project
• Invoices and payment reminders
• Requests to review our work

We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Message frequency varies based on your project. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

To stop texts, reply STOP to any message, and we will confirm and stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (470) 215-3463. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We only share your information with the service providers listed below that help us operate, such as phone carriers delivering our messages.

Online Payments

Online invoice payments are processed by iCheck Gateway, a secure third-party payment processor, through our payment portal at portal.icheckgateway.com/SetApartRoofing. Your card or bank details go directly to iCheck Gateway and are handled under their privacy and security policies. Set Apart Roofing does not see or store your full card or bank account numbers.

We also accept checks, cash, and financing. Financing applications are handled by the lender, which has its own privacy policy.

Protect Yourself From Scams

Scammers sometimes pretend to be local contractors. Here is how we operate, so you can spot a fake:

• We will never ask for your card number, bank account, Social Security number, or passwords by text, phone, or email.
• We do not take card payments over the phone.
• We only take online payments through our official portal, linked from setapartroofing.com/pay. Any payment link we send will go to setapartroofing.com or portal.icheckgateway.com/SetApartRoofing.
• We will never ask you to pay with gift cards, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or payment apps sent to a personal account.
• We will never pressure you to pay immediately or threaten to cancel work through an unexpected text.
