Dave Gasser

Dave is a small business owner whose goal is to be set apart from other roofing companies in his work ethic, kindness and morals.

Dave has been in the roofing business for several years and in that time has learned the importance of not only delivering top-notch craftsmanship but also fostering genuine connections with clients. His desire is for his customers to feel like they have received not only a quality roof with quality craftsmanship, but also quality, set apart care.

Dave is an Ohio native who resides in Coweta County with his family and pups! When you call Set Apart Roofing, there's a good chance he's the one who picks up. When you get an estimate, he's usually the one in your driveway with a ladder, walking you through what he found on a tablet, in plain English.

Dave "Call me. I mean it."

Ohio born. Coweta County by choice.

Our Mission

Completely transparent. Representing Christ.

Our mission is to be completely transparent with every customer and to represent Christ to the best of our ability!

That isn't a slogan we put on a truck. It shapes the little decisions: showing you the photos instead of just telling you, quoting the repair when a repair is all you need, fixing the siding we scuffed without making you ask, and picking up the stray nail in the flower bed nobody would have noticed.

Why "Set Apart"?

The name comes from the idea of being set apart for a purpose. For us, that purpose is serving the families in this community the way we'd want our own family served. Some days that's a full roof. Some days it's a ten-minute fix on a pipe boot and a "no charge, have a good weekend."

This is what pulls into your driveway.

Same truck, same people, same phone number. Before the job, during it, and years after.
